Please follow the steps in order for best results:

Step 1: Place the red light therapy mat flat and connect the power correctly.

Step 2: Connect the transformer to the power cord and interconnect the transformer
with the matching plug of the red light therapy mats.

Step 3: Turn the knob on the power adapter to the“MAX” to power on the product.

Step 4:
Use the controller to turn on the product, and set the functional parameters
suitable for yourself through the function keys for use.

There are 5 timer settings: 10/20/30/40/50 minutes.

It is recommended to use it for no more than 30 minutes at a time, preferably 3 to 5 times a week.

1. Patients with the following diseases or symptoms are prohibited to use this product: Metastatic tumors, high fever, vasculitis obliterans, ophthalmopathy, malignant tumors, vascular compensatory insufficiency, active tuberculosis, acute soft tissue infections, pregnancy period, bleeding tendency, skin sensory disturbances, and skin allergies.

2. Acute injury within 72 hours sufferers are not allowed to use.

3. Patients with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other electronic implants are prohibited to use.

4. Do not use this device if your skin is light sensitive or you are currently
using medication that may cause skin sensitivity to light. Doing so may result in a photosensitive reaction. Stop use immediately if you experience sensitivity.

5. Contact your doctor prior to using the device if you are or suspect you
are taking medicine known to cause light sensitivity.
