Return and Refund Policy

At Lumnixa, operated by Hong Kong Runyiming Global E-Commerce Limited, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a return or refund, along with the conditions that apply.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible, the product must meet the requirements listed in Section 4.

2. Free Return Shipping

Lumnixa provides free return shipping for all approved returns.

Return shipping fees are not charged to the customer.

3. No Restocking Fee

Lumnixa does not charge any restocking fees.

  • 0% restocking fee
  • No additional return handling charges

4. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included
  • Be free from stains, odors, scratches, or signs of wear
  • Be returned from the same country the order was delivered to
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-eligible items include:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Products without original accessories or packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Personalized or customized products

Lumnixa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Return Label

To start a return, customers must contact us to obtain a downloadable return label.

We do not include return labels inside packages.

Return labels are only issued after approval.

6. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email:

Include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo(s) of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and your downloadable return label.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within: 5 business days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method only.

Important:

  • Shipping fees (if paid) are not refundable.

  • If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, the refund may be denied, and the item may be sent back at your cost.

8. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide:

  • Free return shipping
  • A replacement or a full refund

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before the order ships.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return following this policy.
