Thank you for shopping with LUMNIXA. We aim to provide clear, reliable, and transparent shipping information for all customers in Hong Kong SAR and the United States.

1. Shipping Rates

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or holiday periods.
  • If a significant delay occurs, our team will notify you via email.

3. Delivery / Transit Time

The estimated shipping timeframe is:

  • USA: 7–10 business days
  • Hong Kong SAR: 7–10 business days

Transit time may vary depending on customs processing and courier availability.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local warehouse time) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

5. Shipping Carriers

Your order will be delivered using one of the following trusted courier partners:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

The carrier used will depend on your shipping address and product availability.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch.
  • You may also check shipping status anytime through your Lumnixa account order page.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@lumnixa.com within 7 business days of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos/video of:

    • The damaged item
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Lumnixa is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed after they have been handed over to the courier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

8. Delivery Acceptance

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, please contact the carrier directly for re-delivery options.
  • Once a package is marked delivered (or signed for by you or someone at your address), Lumnixa considers the order fulfilled.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at customerservice@lumnixa.com with your order number.
  • If the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return according to our Return Policy.

10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Lumnixa is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Undeliverable packages caused by customer address errors

If a package is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping fees will apply.

11. International Shipping & Customs (For U.S. Orders)

Packages shipped from Hong Kong to the United States may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Inspection delays

Any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Lumnixa does not cover or reimburse these fees.
