At Lumnixa, we are committed to providing you with premium LED Light Therapy devices designed for long-lasting performance and results.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage Period: Your Lumnixa device is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Scope: Applies to manufacturing defects or functional issues under normal, personal-use conditions.
Free Repair Service: If your product develops a covered issue during the warranty period, we will repair it at no cost. For repairs or replacements beyond the warranty period, a service fee may be charged at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under the free warranty service:
1. No valid warranty card or proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.
2. The warranty period has expired.
3. Damage caused by disassembly, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
4. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
5. Long-term storage in harsh or unsuitable environments.
6. Natural discoloration or wear on the product’s appearance due to regular use.
Hygiene & Returns
For the safety and hygiene of our customers — and to prevent the risk of contagious skin conditions — we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been used.
