Lumnixa Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lumnixa, your satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to ensure every order meets our high-quality standards, certain policies are in place to protect both our valued customers and our business. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer free returns or exchanges.

Returns unrelated to product defects will incur a restocking fee of 10%–20% of the product price.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Products must meet our return requirements (see Section 3) to be eligible.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible for orders that have not yet shipped.

If canceled for personal reasons (regardless of the order date), a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

If your order has already shipped, it will be processed as a return per our Return Policy.

3. Return & Exchange Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all products must:

Be returned in original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached.

Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and any items included in the original shipment.

Be returned from the same country/region where the order was originally shipped (e.g., orders shipped to the U.S. must be returned from the U.S.).

Be shipped in a single package.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Free gifts are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

Items not purchased directly from www.lumnixa.com

Missing or damaged original product parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging.

Products with physical damage, signs of misuse, or user-induced defects.

Products with stains, scratches, or contamination (e.g., food, oil, makeup).

Orders older than 60 days from the original purchase date.

5. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@lumnixa.com

 with the following:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Photo or video evidence of the defective or incorrect product

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 hours. If eligible, we will provide the return shipping address.

Step 3: Repack the item in its original packaging along with the receipt.

Step 4: Arrange shipment with your preferred courier and cover the shipping cost.

Step 5: Email your tracking number to customerservice@lumnixa.com

 for processing.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Please allow 7–14 business days (processing times may be longer during peak seasons).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details.
